What this is not

It is not a personality type, and it is deliberately not built on any commercial instrument. Those are trademarked products whose questionnaires are the product itself — there is no public data behind them to match against. O*NET is federal data, so we can show you the ratings rather than ask you to trust a label.

What it measures

Interests, on the six RIASEC dimensions O*NET uses to rate every occupation. Interests predict what work you will find engaging. They do not measure ability, and they are not a hiring recommendation.

Your privacy

Scoring happens in your browser. Your answers are never sent to us. There is no account, no tracking of responses, and nothing for us to lose.
